Changing schools, starting middle or high school, moving away for college, or adjusting to a new environment can bring excitement. . . and stress. Transitions like these often involve new routines, academic demands, social shifts, and feelings of uncertainty. For many people, these changes can affect emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Feeling anxious or overwhelmed during times of change is completely normal—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you're a student in transition, a caregiver offering support, or an educator guiding the process, the resources below offer tools, reassurance, and practical guidance to help along the way.
